Situated in a quiet mediterranean style Residencial gated complex with community infinity pool and secure parking in the heart of Port Andratx in South West Mallorca. This complex has stunning views of Andratx harbor and the Tramuntana mountain range . The Villa is finished to the highest quality and offers peace and tranquillity.
* Villa 10 sleeps up to 8 people with one queen size bed, one kingsize bed, one double sofa bed and two large single beds, with two bathrooms and downstairs cloakroom.
* Living area inside with open fire ,
* Dining for 6 inside and 8 outside on the private covered terrace.
* BBQ is available with outside sofa and two sun loungers, small teak table and two chairs.
* Living area has sofa to seat 8, large plasma TV, DVD player with DVDs, Sky and Wi /Wifit and games (Wi is at extra charge).
* The Villa is alarmed. (Alarms will be explained prior to going).
Located only 4 minutes walk from the marina and Club de Vela (Yaught Club) and 8 minutes from the port, it is in an ideal position for access to the many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, night club, bars and cafes in the port. Key features include communal infinity pool for 11 properties only, with sun loungers and brollies readily available around the pool, the pool also has a shower . Villa 10 has underground parking and hot/cold air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and living room. Under floor heating is in the two bathrooms.

Fully equipped separate kitchen with all necessary crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave. |
Utility Room: |
The kitchen contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside clothers airer is also available. |
Living Rooms: |
The accommodation comprises of a good size sitting room and dining area for 6/8 people. There is one large corner sofa . Flat screen TV with English Sky channels and DVD player. Ipod player with built in speakers (bring own ipod). Telephone and Internet access (will be chargeable if use is excessive). Open fire. |

Towels and linen provided. (Bring your own beech towels) Cleaned upon arrival and departure; additional maid service available upon request. |
Outside
There is a large terrace and two grassed garden reas to put two sun loungers on and table chairs , sun is on this area from the morning untill 4 in the spring and 6/7 in the summer . Shade is available all day under the terrace and the house remains cool. Sun is also available on the front of the house garden/BBQ area. Late sun can be found by the pool which is in the sun all day. All gardens have views of the port and surrounding mountains. Outside furniture comprises a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun loungers and a gas barbecue. (Gas can be purchased from the local Port Andratx garage) In addition to the well manicured community gardens there is a large community infinity pool with sunshades and loungers. The apartment has its own secure underground car parking space.
Notes on accommodation
All the bedrooms and lounge/dining area have heating/air conditioning. Mosquito nets are on all bedroom windows.
We would appreciate if smoking is confined to the terrace and gardens.

Port Andratx is a luxury resort situated in the south west corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in the Mediterranean. It is well known for its excellent bars, restaurants and cafes. Mallorca is a beautiful, green island with a friendly, warm welcome. The weather is good nearly all the year round and getting to it's hottest in July and August. Puerto Andraxt is a beautiful harbour town with a lovely yacht filled harbour. There are many harbour side restaurants and bars with gorgeous harbour views together with many other restaurants, cafes, bars and a nightclub. There are plenty of shops and chic boutiques together with a large supermarket. Andraxt Town also proivdes plenty of shops and restaurants.
Travel
Palma airport is 35 km it is a 30 minute drive from Port Andratx. Car hire is recommended so you are able to explore the surrounding areas. Approximately a 25-30 drive from Palma following signs to Andraxt Town. At Andraxt Town take road to Puerto Andraxt. Can Catali villa is situated just off this road approximately 1 mile (15 min walk) from Puerto Andraxt
Disabled Access
Unfortunately Villa 10 is not suitable for Disabled or elderly, due to stairs access to Villa and Villa sleeping area on the upper of the two floors.
